Releasing an instructional calendar exposes the instructional units to other INFORM users such as school administrators.
At the bottom of Curriculum Sequencing calendar pages the Release button opens a pop-up window like the one in Figure 105. The figure shows a weekly calendar; if the Release button is clicked while viewing a monthly calendar, every date in the month is shown in the pop-up window. If the Release button is clicked while viewing a one-day calendar, only that day is shown.
Select the specific dates for release. Use the "Deselect All" and "Select All" to (un)check all boxes at once. Click Save to release or Cancel to close the window without saving.
