INFORM® April 2007 Release

I am very pleased to announce the distribution of the INFORM® April release overview notes. Many of the enhancements contained in this release improve our "easy to use and powerful" approach to helping educators track student performance aligned to standards, and identify the ‘actionable’ steps for differentiating instruction.

This release brings enhancements in performance reporting, simplification of manual data entry functions, improved access to Resources, web part development, and continued improvements to enable greater ease of use.

I would like to highlight that this is the last release associated with our current INFORM version 6.0. The enhancements that have been made with this current release will serve as the foundation for our scheduled release in late June/early July.

We will continue to focus our development effort on providing more intuitive and simplified navigation, easy-to-use search tools and wizards, and powerful database applications in our June release. In the interim, your Client Engagement Manager, Client Relationship Manager, and I will be personally contacting you to solicit your feedback regarding the April release.

The attached document presents information that highlights the most relevant points for your school district. Your Client Engagement Manager has prioritized the release version notes so that you can easily see the changes and/or enhancements.
